The MCR Forums 		Welcome to Degrassi: Next Generation, my name is Lynette Johnson (not irl). I am the administrator of this board, and a fan of Degrassi, the T.V show. If you don't know what Degrassi is, you should change your channel to The-N (if you have it) and see what time it comes on so that you know what it is. Anyway, this a Degrassi Rpg, so I hope you join and please enjoy it. Oh, if you want to read the rules or anything else, you should go to the Degrassi Code of Conduct and do so. Read the rules! (:

The Announcements:
This is a new RPG, so that means, obviously, that we do not have many members. The first term is starting soon, and it is currently August, so welcome back to school everyone! We are in the fourth season of Degrassi, so now you know what's going on hopefully. If you would like to enroll your student go here! Before you join, I ask that you read the rules, I don't want anyone getting into trouble without realizing it.

1.) No godmoding, you know what it is I'm sure, but if you don't.. it's when you control another person's character, leave that to the other person please, it's just not fair when you godmod. :(

2.) Please respect not only the staff of this board, but also the other members.. for they are your friends and you should love them, lol. If you get into an argument just get me and I settle it for you in a calm and fair manner.

3.) Haha, now, you know that Proboards' number one rule is no sexual content. Hmmm.. well, this means no sex, no nude pictures and no extreme making out. However, making out (don't be so descriptive), kissing, holding hands and hugging are okay. If you wanna do the sex then please do it over PM or something so that no one can see it.

4.) This is just a warning.. don't make over three characters, think about it, you make three and it's hard to keep up with them. And I don't need any inactive members.

5.) As I stated in rule number four, mmkay, well.. if you are inactive within 2 weeks of time and you don't tell me about it then your character will be deleted. So stay active.

6.) Also, as I told you in rule five, your character will be deleted after 2 weeks if you do not tell me wether or not your going on vacation or something. So if you are, please either PM me or go to the General Board or something.

7.) Role play in past tense and third person, not first person. First person is when you make a post like this,

I walked up to Richard and slapped him, "Fuck you!" I shouted at him and dumped milk all over his head.

That is not acceptable, you must not make posts in first person. And you should know what a past tense is, or a first, second and third person post looks like, so just do it please.

These rules are all very simple, but if you have a question or problem go to the Questions & Suggestions Board and I'll answer you as soon as possible.
